Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and estimated delivery time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, customs processing, or other external factors. In case of significant delays, our team will notify you via email. Customers are advised to check their inbox regularly for updates.

Delivery Timeframe

• Formals: 6–7 weeks

• Luxury Pret: 4–5 weeks

Delivery time begins once the order is confirmed and payment has been received.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details.

Order Cancellation (Shipping Related)

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

Dufan Studio Pakistan reserves the right to cancel any order due to item unavailability, pricing errors, or payment authorization failure.
