REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Dufan Studio Pakistan, all products are made to order. Due to the customized nature of our items, all sales are considered final.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed.

Ready-to-ship items and discounted/sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

• A damaged or defective product is received
• An incorrect item is delivered
• An incorrect size was sent by our team

To qualify, customers must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the issue.

Size exchange requests (if incorrect size was delivered) must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the order.

All approved exchanges require the item to be returned to our warehouse in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with a 10% cancellation fee deducted from the paid amount.

After 24 hours, cancellations and refunds are not permitted as items are made to order.
